# Treasury Fund Transfer Proposal: Q1 2024 Compensation for Ongoing Maintenance and Feature Additions to ICP.NET

## Overview

This proposal is the follow up to the [motion proposal](https://proposals.network/proposal?g=xomae-vyaaa-aaaaq-aabhq-cai&id=68) (Proposal 68) for quarterly compensation to Ethan Celletti (Gekctek) for ongoing maintenance and feature additions to ICP.NET. 

## Work done

Over the past quarter, the following key improvements and updates have been made to ICP.NET:

- Regular maintenance and bug fixes to ensure compatibility with the latest IC developments
- Converted a portion of a native BLS verification library to C# to enable seamless cross-platform capabilities, resolving issues developers were facing when targeting WebGL and other platforms
- Worked closely with developers to gather feedback and provide support
- Updated documentation to reflect changes and new features

## Requested amount

As agreed in the motion proposal, a flat rate of 5,000 USD in ICP, calculated at the time of payment, is to be transferred from the BoomDAO treasury to the principal ID of Ethan Celletti (Gekctek) vsju2-dbivo-lkpfl-u27px-xh7wa-egskq-mtk2x-2byrg-mojzn-6emyf-rae.
