Node Provider Rewards
This chart shows the actual minting amounts of ICP for the purpose of rewarding node providers. Rewards are typically minted in the middle of the month. Node provider rewards are typically fixed per node per month in fiat terms.
Total ICP Burned
This chart shows the total number of ICP burned. ICP is burned by converting ICP to cycles (cycles are used to pay for computational and storage costs by dapp & smart contract developers on the IC), transaction fees (which costs 0.0001 ICP per transfer of ICP between accounts), and fees from rejected proposals (proposers whose proposals get rejected incur a 10 ICP rejection fee).
Total supply is the sum of all tokens currently in the system (whether they are locked/staked or not). The total supply changes over time due to inflation and deflation. The circulating supply is all tokens except liquid (non-staked) tokens owned by the DFINITY Foundation. The circulating supply definition was updated to its current definition on 2023-04-18 through an approved vote by the NNS on proposal 117360.
