Transfer 1 SNEED to the Sneed DAO DeFi Canister
Proposes to send SNEED to the Sneed DeFi canister with id ok64y-uiaaa-aaaag-qdcbq-cai.
In this proposal, we propose to transfer 1 SNEED from the Sneed treasury to the Sneed DeFi canister, using the following subaccount generated from the Sneed governance canister id:

Using this subaccount will allow the Sneed governance canister to call the send_icrc1_tokens method on the Sneed DeFi canister to send the SNEED to other destinations in a trustless way.
The purpose of this transaction is to then send the SNEED from the DeFi canister to the burn address, in order to to burn it in a trustless way. The small amount is to test the process. Upon success, a further 41 SNEED will be burned this way to match the 42 old Sneed that had been burned at the time of the SNS Sale.
