Accept MIF into Sneed DAO, list MIF on SneedScan and airdrop of 10% of MIF to Sneed and Motoko Holders

Motokos are the quiet mascot of our ecosystem. motokowifhat (MIF) is a fun memetoken on ICP which is capturing a hybrid, inter-chain interoperable meme: motoko wif a hat.

MIF was stealth launched one month ago before the completion of the roadmap (website, socials, etc.) to ensure fair distribution.
MIF is a fork of Sneed's ICRC standard. As such, MIF is asking to be listed on Sneed Scan alongside other forks such as Idoge, Windoge98, and TENDY. Additionally, MIF would like to offer 10% of its supply to the Sneed DAO as a thank you for the open source code base and to distribute its tokens. If this proposal is accepted the 10% MIF airdrop allocation will be distributed amongst Sneed DAO holders who registered a drop wallet for the previous Sneed NFT airdrops and who are still staking SNEED.
