Reject Proposal #35- Cointelegraph Marketing



There are many successful ICP projects. Many of these projects did not have to pay for marketing on CoinTelegraph. In SNEED DAO proposal #35, there are claims that Code & State negotiated with CoinTelegraph and secured large discounts (up to 60-80% off). The purpose of proposal #35 was to guage the community's interest to pay for marketing with Cointelegraph. 

This current proposal is an opportunity to reject using the SNEED DAO Treasury for marketing with CoinTelegraph. Many other projects have used grassroots approaches to building up a community. SNEED DAO should take a more organic approach and not pay for attention. If Code & State wishes to pay for the Cointelegraph on its own, the SNEED DAO will not object.
