Motion proposal re: proposal #19: adjust the SNEED amount to be sent to Sonic Dex to 220 SNEED



Motion proposal #19 contains a mistake. 220 SNEED should be sent to the Sneed SNS DAO LP position on Sonic Dex alongside 5000 ICP and not 425 SNEED.

If this motion proposal #20 passes, the correct amounts of 220 SNEED and 5000 ICP will be used in the following treasury fund transfer proposals.
