Register Sneed DeFi canister



This proposal will register the Sneed DeFi canister to the SNS, placing it under DAO control.

The Sneed DeFi canister will be built up over time with DAO DeFi features, using WASM upgrade proposals. In its first iteration the Sneed DeFi canister only supports one function, which is to burn "Sneed DAO" tokens, since this is not otherwise supported by native SNS functionality.
