This is the proposal for the NNS to create an SNS DAO to govern Nuance.
# Purpose
Nuance is the world's first publishing platform built entirely on-chain. It aims to revolutionize the written word in the same way DeFi has transformed finance.
# Proposed Token Distribution
- **Total token supply:** 100,000,000 NUA - **Initially distributed:**
    - 40%: Reserved for the SNS treasury
    - 30%: To be distributed by the NNS-run decentralization swap which includes the Community Fund
    - 30%: Allocated to the Nuance founding team (Aikin) which vests over 2 years
- **Ledger transaction fee:** 100,000 e8s

# Governance
The governance model includes staking, voting, and other relevant details. The minimum amount of SNS tokens to stake a neuron is 199 tokens. The minimum dissolve delay a neuron must have to be able to cast votes on proposals is 2 months.
# Decentralization Sale
The decentralization sale requires a minimum of 50 participants and aims to raise between 250,000 and 300,000 ICP. The minimum and maximum ICP contributions per participant are 10 and 50,000 tokens, respectively.
