## Summary
This proposal outlines a strategic revamp of Boom Gaming Guilds (BGG) to serve as the primary distribution, economy, and growth layer for games built using Caffeine AI. By integrating AI-driven game creation with BGG’s guild infrastructure, we aim to solve the lack of long-term viral success in the Internet Computer (ICP) gaming ecosystem.

## The Problem & Opportunity
While ICP offers superior technical capabilities, gaming projects have struggled with mass adoption and sustainable economies. Caffeine AI addresses the development hurdle through rapid, AI-driven gameplay generation.

However, these games still require a dedicated framework for distribution, onboarding, and economic sustainability. This proposal positions BGG as the solution to that gap.

## The Revamp Plan
We are refocusing the Boom Gaming Guilds (BGG) infrastructure to support and accelerate Caffeine AI–built games through three core pillars:
