Upgrade Boom Gaming Guild Frontend

This proposal executes the generic function commit_proposed_batch on the Game Launcher Asset canister. 

The proposed batch will upgrade Boom Gaming Guild frontend to include bug fixes and improvements to support Caffeine AI generated games quests.
