## Overview

This proposal outlines a long-term ecosystem strategy focused on evolving BOOM DAO and BGG into a dynamic environment for Web3 gaming. The initiative centers on expanding developer engagement, onboarding more games over time, increasing player activity, and positioning BOOM rewards as a core incentive mechanism within the ecosystem.

## Vision for 2026: BOOM DAO <> CaffeineAI-aligned Game Network

By 2026, the BOOM DAO ecosystem aims to support a growing catalog of games developed by independent creators and AI-assisted developers. These games will integrate into BGG (via CaffeineAI Developers), utilize BOOM rewards as incentive rails, and aim to cultivate an active and engaged player base.

## Strategic Directions:
* Expand the range of game genres available on BGG, including titles developed through CaffeineAI.
* Develop BOOM rewards as a flexible incentive layer to support user acquisition and retention mechanics.
* Leverage the current DAU base as an initial distribution channel for onboarding new titles.

## Developer Onboarding & Incentivization
To support an expanding ecosystem of developers and games:
* CaffeineAI Integration & R&D Initiative.
* Provide co-marketing support for eligible partners to benefit from existing traffic and user momentum.
* Explore AI-assisted development through R&D on a CaffeineAI-powered builder interface to:
 * Enable CaffeineAI users and indie developers to create and deploy games with reduced friction.
 * Simplify integration with BGG and the BOOM rewards system.
 * Lower the barrier for AI-assisted creators to launch games into an active ecosystem.

## Governance & Token Allocation
To implement this multi-year strategy, the DAO will authorize the issuance of 750 million BOOM tokens allocated as follows:
* 375 million BOOM permanently staked and locked by the Foundation to reinforce long-term ecosystem alignment.
* 375 million BOOM allocated to the DAO Treasury for developer incentives, user rewards, ecosystem partnerships, and CaffeineAI integration R&D.
