Funding request to support operations (Proposal 1 of 2)
HubMaker Labs LLC, the operations and technology partner of the Catalyze DAO, is requesting 20,000 ICP to fund the next operational cycle and carry the DAO’s business and administrative activities into Q2 of 2026. These will be done in 2 proposals: Proposal 1 of 16,000 ICP and Proposal 2 of 4000 ICP.
Since the last proposal in October 2025, the focus has been on maintaining operational continuity and preserving the DAO’s legal and governance framework during challenging market conditions.
From an administrative perspective, the Geneva-based association has moved to a more cost-efficient address to reduce fixed overhead while maintaining the Swiss legal structure.

• Coordination with partners and service providers
This proposal will keep the DAO’s structure stable as we move deeper into 2026.
