More than two years have passed since our launch. We firmly believe that the time has come for Catalyze to position itself where it deserves to be. To achieve this, we need to focus on two pillars: rebuilding confidence in the project and boosting marketing efforts. We believe our product is now in optimal condition to achieve the first wave of mass adoption.

One of the DAO's most valuable assets is the CTZ Treasury, which must be used strategically to attract users to the platform and foster gradual growth. Therefore, it is imperative to initiate the recovery and revaluation of our project.

Analysis of the Situation and Need for Action:

Catalyze was initially funded by the community with 600,000 ICP. Recent proposals have cost the DAO 90,000 ICP. Utilizing a relatively small amount of 12,000 ICP to restore the price and liquidity is fundamental for the DAO and crucial for rebuilding community trust.

The revaluation of CTZ tokens in the Treasury is key to providing the DAO with tools for community attraction and sustained user growth. By executing this buyback, the DAO would gain control of 99.5% of the supply. This effectively removes further selling pressure, leading to a significant enhancement of the Treasury's value.

The original launch ratio was 1 ICP = 200 CTZ. If we were only to reach a ratio of 1 ICP= 400 CTZ, we would substantially increase the Treasury's value.

Treasury Revaluation Potential:

• CTZ in Treasury : 247,610,895 CTZ

• Current Value: $ 445,680 USD

• Value with Buyback: $3,700,000 USD
