This proposal merges the Gold DAO NNS neuron 10544365593036349438 into neuron 7446549063176501841. Both neurons are controlled by Gold DAO. The stake, maturity and staked maturity of the source neuron are transferred to the target neuron; the source neuron remains with zero stake.

The purpose of this proposal is to consolidate the neurons for more efficient management and more continuous reward spawning. Currently each of the seven neurons swaps rewards when they hit the threshold, leading to fragmented reward distribution. If the stakes are merged into one neuron, rewards are more predictable.

Eventually, all seven neurons will be consolidated into one.
