The Gold DAO project represents a groundbreaking fusion of traditional gold and modern blockchain technology, allowing anyone in the world to access  physical gold instantaneously, with no dependence upon the banking system. At its core, the project introduces two primary products: the Gold Token (GLDT) - a fungible token allowing fractional gold ownership; and a USD-pegged stablecoin (USDG) - backed by gold (GLDT). These components combine to unlock a reliable alternative to fiat-backed stablecoins and their inflationary underpinnings, eradicating the limitations of traditional gold transacting by enabling instant transferability and liquidity, leveraging blockchain's transparency and efficiency.

Transfer GOLDAO to burn account.

Following up on [proposal 317](https://nns.ic0.app/proposal/?u=tw2vt-hqaaa-aaaaq-aab6a-cai&proposal=317), this proposal transfers a batch of GOLDAO tokens from the GOLDAO treasury to be burnt.

Due to a bug in the SNS framework (see [proposal 325](https://nns.ic0.app/proposal/?u=tw2vt-hqaaa-aaaaq-aab6a-cai&proposal=325)), one cannot burn tokens directly from the treasury and an intermediate wallet is required from which the tokens will be burnt.
The tokens are being sent to the former rewards reserve pool account, which is now being used as the intermediate burn wallet.
A proposal similar to [proposal 331](https://nns.ic0.app/proposal/?u=tw2vt-hqaaa-aaaaq-aab6a-cai&proposal=331) will be created later to burn these tokens from this wallet.
