The Gold DAO project represents a groundbreaking fusion of traditional gold and modern blockchain technology, allowing anyone in the world to access  physical gold instantaneously, with no dependence upon the banking system. At its core, the project introduces two primary products: the Gold Token (GLDT) - a fungible token allowing fractional gold ownership; and a USD-pegged stablecoin (USDG) - backed by gold (GLDT). These components combine to unlock a reliable alternative to fiat-backed stablecoins and their inflationary underpinnings, eradicating the limitations of traditional gold transacting by enabling instant transferability and liquidity, leveraging blockchain's transparency and efficiency.

The original mandate granted DAOLink Sarl authority to act in the name and on behalf of the Gold DAO SNS Tokenholders for the purpose of executing decisions voted upon within The Gold DAO (see [proposal 1](https://nns.ic0.app/proposal/?u=tw2vt-hqaaa-aaaaq-aab6a-cai&proposal=1)).
That mandate was expressly stated to be temporary and revocable at any time by either party.
Following the adoption of [Proposal 317](https://nns.ic0.app/proposal/?u=tw2vt-hqaaa-aaaaq-aab6a-cai&proposal=317) in December 2025, the Gold DAO's strategic direction shifted to a treasury holding DAO.
This fundamentally changes the operational context under which DAOLink Sarl was appointed.
Continuing the mandate under these changed circumstances is no longer appropriate.
DAOLink Sarl hereby revokes and terminates this mandate, effective upon the passing of this proposal.
All authority to act on behalf of the Tokenholders and all obligations arising from the original mandate shall cease.
DAOLink Sarl confirms this proposal by voting YES with their neuron with the ID 7eac04f2e207c04b8a7ac01b7505c715821ebbd7bc9815cef0a6842514f3b832.
