Purpose: To ensure continuous and automated cycle replenishment for the following canisters:
Governance canisters (SNS / DAO logic) Core dapp canisters (application logic, APIs, services) Storage canisters (data & file hosting) Any new canisters deployed under the project scope All canisters will utilize CycleOps for automated top-ups, ensuring stable, predictable, and transparent operation without manual intervention.
