This proposal requests the official launch of the new FomoWell user interface (UI).
The new UI has completed full development and internal testing. It is running stably, with no critical issues identified, and is ready for formal deployment and public use.

**Background and Purpose**
- As the FomoWell platform continues to expand in functionality, the previous UI has gradually become less optimal in terms of information structure, interaction efficiency, and overall consistency.
- To better support the current product architecture and future development, the FomoWell team has carried out a comprehensive redesign and optimization of the platform UI.
- The new UI focuses on improving information hierarchy, simplifying user interaction flows, and enhancing visual consistency. Its goal is to provide users with a clearer, more intuitive, and more efficient experience, while also establishing a stronger UI foundation for future feature expansion.

**Conclusion**
