Launch Support for BRC20 and BRC2.0

**Proposal Details** 
Request to officially launch FomoWell’s full support for BRC20 and BRC2.0, including asset issuance, trading, management, external asset deposits, and creating liquidity pools on FomoWell for trading. All related functions have completed development and internal testing, are operating stably, and no critical issues were found, making them ready for deployment.

**Background and Purpose** 
FomoWell has completed the development of support for BRC20 and BRC2.0. With development and testing successfully concluded, it is now time to officially launch these features, providing users with a broader range of assets to participate in.
This update will further expand FomoWell’s coverage of Bitcoin assets, enhance the platform’s product depth and ecosystem activity, and continue advancing toward becoming an essential infrastructure in the BTCFi space.
