Motion: Save the KongSwap DAO by Transferring SNS Management to Doxa Foundation

The KongSwap team has announced the sunsetting of the project and instructed liquidity providers to withdraw by April 6th. The DAO is now at risk of losing its entire user base, liquidity, and brand.

The Doxa Foundation has publicly offered to take over and continue running KongSwap (see full statement linked above).

This Motion proposes:

1. The KongSwap SNS DAO immediately hands over full management and operational control of the DAO (including treasury, all controlled canisters, backend, frontend, and administrative rights) to the Doxa Foundation.

2. The KongSwap brand, name, logo, and all existing infrastructure shall remain 100% intact. Doxa Foundation will operate KongSwap by Doxa (or simply continue as KongSwap) to ensure zero disruption for users and LPs.

3. Doxa Foundation commits to:

   • Protecting and growing remaining liquidity
   • Relaunching and scaling the DEX
   • Implementing proper governance and whitehat bounty policies
   • Using its proven execution track record to stabilize and expand the project

4. Upon approval, the current DAO principals/neurons will transfer all necessary permissions and control to a principal designated by the Doxa Foundation (@DoxaUSD).

This is the only credible plan on the table to save the DAO, protect LPs, and keep KongSwap alive as the leading DEX on the Internet Computer.

Vote YES to save KongSwap and give it a future under Doxa Foundation management.
