Fund the ICVC redemption canister ICP pool (second ICP tranche)

Transfer 10'000 ICP from the ICVC SNS ICP treasury to the redemption canister `aujl2-pqaaa-aaaae-agwja-cai` as a second funding tranche for holder redemptions.

The redemption canister lets ICVC holders swap ICVC for ICP at the fixed fair-value rate of 0.05758856 ICP per ICVC, then burns the redeemed ICVC (removing it from supply); the pool can be topped up with further transfers.

Verifiability: the canister's code is reproducibly built (the on-chain module hash matches the public repo at the URL above).
