ICVC Investment Decision Proposal: Yusan

ICVC Investment Decision Proposal: Yusan

ICVC is a decentralized investment DAO.

This is the final vote to decide whether ICVC should invest in Yusan.

The project has undergone an 8-step due diligence process and has received an investment grade of 7.1 based on the evaluation process.

The proposed investment terms are as follows:

Amount: USD 800K, to be disbursed in 3 tranches:
50% disbursed upon the signing of the term sheet.
20% disbursed upon the mainnet launch of the Yusan borrow/lending protocol.
30% disbursed upon the mainnet launch of the integrated DEX with concentrated liquidity.

This is a motion proposal to approve the investment. If the vote passes, ICP disbursements will begin as soon as the term sheet is signed.
