We propose transferring 30,000 ICP from the treasury funds (out of a total allocation of 65,000 ICP) to further accelerate the development and ecosystem growth of ICExplorer. Specifically, the funds will be allocated to the following initiatives:

1. Team Compensation: Salary distribution for the Q3-Q4 .
2. Product Development Funding: Support the development of key features such as the DEX Monitoring & Alert Bot, the Investment Strategy Q&A Assistant / Dashboard Assistant, and AI-Driven dApp Development Toolkit.
3. Marketing and Community Engagement: Execute promotional campaigns and community-building initiatives.
4. Operational Costs: Cover expenses related to platform maintenance, legal services, and administrative operations.
5. AI Hardware Procurement: Purchase additional AI hardware and computing equipment.
6. Cycles Top-Up: Replenish cycles for ICExplorer canisters to ensure uninterrupted service.
7. Adding Liquidity: Allocate additional ICP to further enhance liquidity for the $ICE token.
