Original Summary:
Remove all nodes of Tomahawk.vc (ucjqj) from the registry
Motivation: The node provider Tomahawk.vc (ucjqj) announced that they are offboarding their nodes by the end of June. All of the nodes are already offline, have been removed from subnets and API boundary nodes, and will be deleted from the registry with proposal 142599. This proposal removes the two node operator IDs of Tomahawk.vc:
