We previously executed a convertible note for 15,000 ICP which would have converted to ~120k shares at the time.  
Due to recent (modest) price appreciation in ICP and inorder to deepen the Solum and Taco DAO partnership Solum's founder has agreed to generously increase the shares to 420,069.
We will make a seperate treasury proposal to send him 77,777 TACO.
