ICPEx Q2 2026 Team and Operations Funding Request
This proposal requests 29,000 ICP from the ICPEx DAO Treasury to support team operations, platform maintenance, and ongoing optimization efforts during the second quarter of 2026 (Q2).
At this stage, the funding will primarily be used to ensure stable platform operations, continue core system improvements, and explore directions including asset compatibility, trading experience, and AI-assisted capabilities, preparing for future feature upgrades and ecosystem growth.
Funding Usage The requested funds will be allocated to the following areas:
Team compensation to support ongoing development and operations Infrastructure and hosting, including nodes, monitoring, and system maintenance Platform optimization and technical research, including trading performance, asset compatibility, and system efficiency improvements Operational expenses such as documentation, coordination, and community communication
Current Status At this stage, ICPEx continues to focus on platform stability and foundational improvements, with ongoing efforts in system maintenance and performance optimization.
This includes continuous refinement of trading modules and system responsiveness, monitoring and security checks of core components, and improvements to user flows and overall experience. At the same time, the team has begun preliminary exploration of asset expansion and AI-assisted capabilities.
The project remains in a steady iteration phase, laying the groundwork for future upgrades and structural evolution.
