This proposal requests the decommissioning and deletion of subnet kp5jj-kpgmn-f4ohx-uqot6-wtbbr-lmtqv-kpkaf-gcksv-snkwm-43kmy-iae in accordance with NNS [Proposal 143190](https://dashboard.internetcomputer.org/proposal/143190) (Revised Target Topology) and the corresponding community discussion on the developer forum.

Because the subnet hosts no canisters and carries zero application state, it can be retired cleanly with no impact on hosted workloads or user data.
