1. Core Infrastructure Upgrades Enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency across the ELNA AI ecosystem: UserManagement Canister – Added getUserAliases for efficient user data retrieval. Wizard Details Canister – Introduced multi-model support and optimized data access via getPublicWizards. RAG Canister – Added multi-model agent creation and batched + concurrent file upload for faster data handling. These updates make the platform significantly faster, more scalable, and ready for the next wave of AI agent deployments.

Key Focus Areas for Q4 2025

3. Caffeine AI & ICP Tools Integration Building on the DAO’s earlier proposal, we will begin implementing Caffeine AI app integration into Hyperlaunch. This will enable Caffeine-generated apps and ICP AI tools to be tokenized and funded directly through Hyperlaunch, expanding the DeAI ecosystem and introducing new funding mechanisms for builders.
4. Developer Ecosystem Expansion Launch developer incentives and onboarding programs to grow the number of AI agent creators and tool contributors. Continue support for the Hyperlaunch SDK, allowing external developers to connect and deploy their AI tools or models easily. Offer small development bounties for integrations, performance improvements, and UI enhancements.
5. DAO Security & Stability Maintain sufficient cycle reserves for critical SNS canisters. Strengthen governance frameworks to prevent malicious proposals or concentration attacks. Enhance monitoring tools for DAO-controlled canisters and upgrade automation.
6. Community Engagement & Marketing Host ICP-focused X Spaces and community calls highlighting new features, AI agent showcases, and Hyperlaunch projects. Expand community education through documentation, tutorials, and open-source guides. Build stronger collaborations with ICP ecosystem partners and Caffeine AI community developers.
