MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) Inter Neutrinite DAO et Sneed DAO

This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter, the “Instrument”) is solemnly propounded, instantiated, and ceremonially inscribed by and between Neutrinite DAO, an autopoietic, procedurally endogenous, and governance-constituted digital collectivity (hereinafter “Neutrinite”), and Sneed DAO, an autopoietic, procedurally endogenous, and governance-constituted digital collectivity (hereinafter “Sneed”).

Neutrinite and Sneed shall hereinafter be denominated individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

I. Ontological Recitations

WHEREAS, the Parties, acting within the ambit of their respective autarkic and algorithmically mediated sovereignties, have apprehended the phenomenological adjacency of potential concordance;

WHEREAS, said apprehension does not necessitate material substrate, operational particularity, teleological finality, or epistemic exhaustiveness;

WHEREAS, the Parties deem it procedurally decorous to articulate a superstructure of mutual intelligibility, symbolic consonance, and prefigurative coordination;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby articulate this Instrument in contemplation of non-deterministic alignment and formalized indeterminacy.

II. Declaratory Abstraction of Purpose

The Purpose of this Instrument is the articulation of a meta-framework of reciprocal recognition, hermeneutic hospitality, and interstitial comity concerning matters:

extant or non-extant,

determinate or indeterminate,

material or metaphysical,

operational or merely notional,

articulated or ineffable.

No vector, subject, corpus, initiative, or telos shall be inferred, imputed, extrapolated, or presupposed.

III. Principles of Autopoietic Compossibility

1. Procedural Autarky

Each Party retains plenary and unimpaired dominion over its endogenous governance architectures, consensus-generation mechanisms, epistemic modalities, and operational substrates.

2. Epistemic Non-Adversariality

The Parties shall maintain a posture of dialectical equanimity and abstain from antagonistic hermeneutics absent manifest exigency.

3. Conceptual Osmosis

The Parties may, at intervals undefined and without obligation of recurrence, engage in discursive permeation, symbolic acknowledgment, tacit synchronization, or other liminal modalities of interaction possessing variable ontic density.

4. Non-Subordination

Nothing herein shall constitute diminution, attenuation, supersession, novation, fiduciary encumbrance, agency creation, delegated authority, or juridical entanglement.

IV. Ambit of Constructive Indeterminacy

The scope of this Instrument is intentionally non-particularized and structurally elastic.

It may encompass, without limitation and without necessity:

discursive exchanges of speculative tenor,

ceremonial affirmations devoid of executory mandate,

pre-operational harmonizations,

meta-governance contemplations,

symbolic co-articulations,

or other modalities of interaction characterized by dignified vagueness and ontological plasticity.

Enumeration shall not delimit; omission shall not negate.

V. Juridical Non-Compulsion

This Instrument is non-binding in perpetuity and in totality.

It shall not generate, instantiate, imply, or precipitate:

enforceable duty,

pecuniary obligation,

reliance interest,

fiduciary relation,

partnership, joint venture, consortium, syndicate, or confederation,

estoppel, waiver, or actionable expectancy.

Its gravitas is ceremonial. Its effect is symbolic. Its enforceability is null ab initio.

VI. Temporal Indeterminacy

This Instrument shall subsist in a condition of continuing notional vitality unless and until:

superseded by instrument of superior abstraction,

rescinded by reciprocal or unilateral declaration,

dissolved through interpretive desuetude,

or rendered obsolete by epistemic entropy.

Silence shall not constitute repudiation; repudiation shall not require explanation.

VII. Amendatory Fluidity

The Parties may amplify, attenuate, refract, reinterpret, recontextualize, or otherwise transmogrify this Instrument through processes congruent with their respective governance cosmologies, without prejudice to its essential indeterminacy.

VIII. Integrality of Conceptual Accord

This Instrument constitutes the totality of abstract concord between the Parties regarding the undefined matters herein contemplated and supersedes all antecedent conjectures, colloquies, symbolic gestures, transmissions, inscriptions, encrypted signals, or metaphysical alignments, whether oral, digital, gestural, algorithmic, or otherwise.

No external representation shall modify its interpretive perimeter.
