This proposal will register the nanas token ledger, mwen2-oqaaa-aaaam-adaca-cai, as a dapp under Sneed DAO's control.  

NB: The nanas ledger has been controlled by Sneed DAO for a long time, in that it has the Sneed DAO Root canister as its only controller. This proposal will complete the process by registering the canister as a Sneed dapp, allowing it to be upgraded via proposals and making its cycle status visible on the Sneed DAO page on the Internet Computer dashboard.
