To better align with the current ICP price and the initial cycles cost (≈7T cycles) required for new pools, we propose increasing the new pool creation fee from 1 ICP to 5 ICP.

The current 1 ICP fee has not been sufficient to cover the initial cycles cost for a long time. All new pool creation fees will be used to fund ICPSwap canister cycles and help ensure the sustainable operation of the platform.
