Due to the MODOGO and DEAD token canisters running out of cycles (now recharged), some tokens are currently stuck in the following pools: SEED/MODOGO, RUGGY/DEAD, McDOMS/DEAD, and DEAD/ckBTC.

The ICPSwap team proposes temporarily adding an admin to these four pools to resolve the issue.

Once completed, a follow-up proposal will be submitted to remove the admin.
