Due to the DEAD token canister running out of cycles (the cycles have been recharged now), some DEAD tokens are stuck in the DEAD/ckUSDC and DEAD/ckETH pool. The ICPSwap team proposes adding an admin for these two pool.

Once this is done, we will propose the removal of the admin.
