ICPSwap Budget Proposal – Q2 2026 to Q1 2027
The ICPSwap team is submitting a budget request to the SNS Treasury to accelerate the continued development and expansion of the ICPSwap platform.
This proposal requests a total allocation of 60,000 ICP to support product development, infrastructure optimization, and strategic feature upgrades.

Next-Phase Roadmap • Expand OpenClaw & ICPSwap capabilities to support automated on-chain actions, including swaps, liquidity management, staking, farming, and transaction data queries. • Explore TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price) to improve execution efficiency for large trades. • Add slippage warnings and execution safeguards for swaps. • Enable recent trading pairs memory to enhance user experience. • Canister migration: move high-load (core trading) canisters to lower-traffic subnets to reduce congestion and cycle costs. • Mission 70: improve resource efficiency and long-term sustainability. • Add mini price charts. • Introduce pool health metrics. • Add 24-hour liquidity trend tracking. • Add Token Price History Feature to provide users with better market insights. • Integrate and launch the ckDoge cross-chain bridge. • ICPSwap DAO Treasury ICS Burn Plan & Proposals – Initiatives to enhance ICS token value. • Continuous UI/UX Iteration: Ongoing improvements to interface design and user experience. • Community-Driven Improvements: Continuously evaluate and implement optimizations and new features based on community feedback. • General bug fixes and stability improvements.
