Due to the OPENAPP token canister running out of cycles, (the project team has recharged the cycles now), some OPENAPP tokens are stuck in the OPENAPP/ICP Pool. The ICPSwap team proposes adding an admin for the OPENAPP/ICP Pool (https://app.icpswap.com/info-swap/pool/details/lcqm7-2qaaa-aaaag-qnekq-cai) to resolve withdrawal errors and return the tokens to the users.

Once this is done, we will propose the removal of the admin.
