# Kinic DAO Grant Proposal

  This proposal requests 25,000 ICP from the Kinic Treasury to support the team as we focus on:

   - Sales. 
   - Dev work

  ## OKR

  We are moving to an OKR based approach (Objectives and Key Results). The team sets goals, and tries to hit them.
  Most of our work has been at the cutting edge of cryptography and AI memory. Now we are moving to distribution.

  Goals for July

  - Get 3 LOI in July for customers interested in integrating KINIC directly.
  - Move at least one to active contract.

  The dev teams work will be supporting the practicial business goals. Once we have several signed contracts we expect that we will be 
  able to move to a KINIC first payment model for dev work.

  **We've maintained a HODL ICP approach while building core technology and distribution channels.**
  We expect to continue this stance and likely strengthen it by early Fall as contracts execute.
