# Kinic DAO Transfer (LIQUIDITY)

  This proposal will release 10,000 ICP from the Kinic Treasury to the Kinic Developer Organization (KDO) for the below purpose.
    
  The price on ICP DEX is unstable with around only 10,000 ICP in liquidity in trading pools. Even small purchases have large impact on price movement.

  5,000 ICP from this proposal will be used to acquire KINIC directly from market on ICPSwap. Another 5,000 ICP will be used to provide liquidity there. A similiar proposal may be created for KongSwap in the coming days.

  DAO members are engaging on the forums and OC to discuss and plan to bridge KINIC to other DEX such as Aerodrome and HyperLiquid. This will result in the above acquired KINIC locked on ICP for bridging.

  Another proposal is being considered to burn 250,000 KINIC from the treasury. This will equate to a net token loss in the total supply of KINIC (deflation) for the first two years of the DAO.

  People are already acquiring KINIC via the Chrome plugin at a rate of $10. All DAO members should aim at accelerating the price convergance from the current DEX value of KINIC ($0.7) to the real value of KINIC ($10).
