Transfer of 5.83 Million HOT Tokens for Pre-SNS Airdrop Reward Distribution

**Proposal Overview:**

This proposal entails transferring 5.83 million HOT tokens to facilitate the distribution of rewards for the HotOrNot "Pre-SNS Airdrop.”

**Airdrop Background:**
This airdrop is dedicated to HotOrNot users who participated in the "Pre-SNS Airdrop" campaign, which took place from May 23, 2023, to July 15, 2023. Initially, 10 million HOT tokens were allocated for this airdrop, distributed based on users' COYN token balances. This allocation represented 1% of the total initial supply of HOT tokens.

**Revised Allocation:**
Following successful claims by participants and the submission of their NNS IDs on the platform, it has been determined that 5.83 Mn HOT tokens are eligible for distribution.
