Upgrade website to 2.0.2002
Description
This is a small website release. It publishes the trust and safety blog post and improves how the client handles calls to canisters which can never succeed, so that failures surface immediately rather than after a series of pointless retries.
Added
- Publish the 'Trust and safety: what is changing and why' blog post, explaining the upcoming moderation changes (#9121)
Fixed
- Stop retrying calls to canisters which cannot serve them - deleted, frozen, or uninstalled - so errors are reported straight away instead of after the full retry cycle. Failures are now recognised by their IC error code rather than by matching on the error message, which also stops spurious balance errors being reported for decommissioned token ledgers (#9124)
- Only emit a single final result when loading messages by index from the cache, avoiding a redundant update (#9125)
- Log the reported messages response as parsed JSON so platform moderators can read it (#9116)
