This is to address the scenario where a public community or group has been created for a name which it doesn't legitimately represent.

Bug bounty for ICPulse

The devteam proposes a bug bounty of 1000 CHAT for @ICPulse10 for exposing and reporting a vulnerability in our translation system whereby our google translate key was exposed allowing non-diamond users to perform translation. 

This is now fixed.
