A YES vote indicates support for proceeding with Mission 70 broadly as proposed, allowing for minor refinements. Mission 70 introduces substantial changes to ICP tokenomics, including reducing the maximum dissolve delay from eight years to two years with a one-time migration of existing neurons, lowering voting rewards, adjusting node provider rewards, and relying on future demand growth to offset reduced incentives. Collectively, these measures materially change the economic assumptions under which many participants committed long-term capital, particularly long-term stakers who selected the maximum dissolve delay under the previous incentive structure. This motion does not approve or reject inflation reduction as a goal.
