Chain-key DOGE (ckDOGE), a multi-chain DOGE twin on the Internet Computer, is an ICRC-1-compliant token that is backed 1:1 by DOGE such that 1 ckDOGE can always be redeemed for 1 DOGE and vice versa. The ckETH minter canister is responsible for both minting ckDOGE tokens when users transfer DOGE to its control and burning ckDOGE when handling DOGE retrieval requests. ckDOGE transactions are facilitated through a ledger canister, which in conjunction with archive canisters, tracks ckDOGE account balances and transaction history between accounts. An index canister provides access to ckDOGE transactions associated with individual accounts.
