Modclub rebrand to DecideAI and new strategy
This is a motion proposal to involve the community in our decision to rebrand and review our new strategy, under the umbrella of DecideAI.

Background: Below, the MODCLUB Foundation has summarized key research findings to develop Modclub’s new strategy. This strategy expands upon the existing Modclub platform and utility.
Following approval of this initial proposal, work will start on an updated whitepaper. Discussion is encouraged, and the MODCLUB Foundation commits to keeping the community informed throughout the process.

Next steps:
The next steps outlined by the MODCLUB Foundation, pending community approval of this proposal, are as follows:
- Modclub will be rebranded to DecideAI.
- Modclub’s existing content moderation, renamed Decide Protocol, will continue to exist and be enhanced for RLHF purposes.
- Modclub’s POH product will be rebranded as Decide ID
- Decide Cortex, our new LLM marketplace will begin development.
- Token will be renamed to DCD.
