### **Summary**

We request the DecideAI DAO to allocate **9,620 ICP** to the Modclub Foundation for research and development in **Q2 2025**. This is the final part of our Q2 2025 funding request. The funds will be used for the following purposes:

* Team salaries
* Development 
* Infrastructure and hosting
* Marketing and community initiatives
* Administrative and legal expenses

## Due to strong ecosystem demand, **Q2 2025** efforts will be focused primarily on **Decide ID** 


## **Focus Areas:**



* **On-Chain Decide ID AI model.** Efforts will be put towards moving more of our system onchain, and developing highly performant facial recognition AI models that will replace existing systems.
* **On-Chain Decide ID vector store.** A canister will be used to look up face vectors in an efficient and performant manner.
* **White label and developer portal.** Begin development of a developer portal and white labeling API solution to onboard partners from other ecosystems.
* Evolve the **Reputation System** with advanced tiering, staking, and incentives.
