**Modclub Foundation Proposal for CEX Listing Funding**

**Proposal Summary:** This proposal seeks approval from the DecideAI DAO to allocate 16,000 ICP from the DecideAI Treasury to the Modclub Foundation for CEX listing fees.

**Details:** The foundations previous Q3 funding disbursement was affected by market volatility. This is a one-time funding request to help cover the initial listing and market maker fees required to list DCD on centralized exchanges (CEXs).

The requested funds will be used to support the first phase of DecideAIs CEX listing strategy, ensuring the successful listing and market making for DCD.

**Request:** We kindly request your support and approval for this funding proposal.

With the approval of this proposal, $DCD will be listed on two exchanges in early August.
