## Features & Fixes

This proposal is to upgrade the subnet rental canister to version 0.7.0.

This release contains a one-time migration of the Swiss subnet rental agreement (currently the only agreement) to a cheaper plan. This is triggered by the fact that the Swiss subnet now only consists of 7 nodes, but the cycle burn rate was originally set assuming a 13 node subnet. The new rate is scaled by a factor of 7/13, and only affects the payment going forward, with no retroactive effect.
