According to [this proposal](https://dashboard.internetcomputer.org/sns/3e3x2-xyaaa-aaaaq-aaalq-cai/proposal/512) the OpenChat SNS have only one NNS neuron locked for 8 years [17682165960669268263](https://dashboard.internetcomputer.org/neuron/17682165960669268263) as beacon neuron for voting on proposals and following other active neurons. This neuron should be registered as Known Neuron to improve decentralization of the NNS 'Governance', 'SNS & Neuron Fund' and 'Network Economics' topics.  Each time an NNS proposal is made for one of these three topics, a corresponding OpenChat proposal will automatically be created by the SNS controlled ProposalsBot canister. Then for each of these NNS proposals, the 8 year neuron will vote based on the outcome of the corresponding OpenChat proposal.  In this way the OpenChat SNS is able to vote directly on these NNS proposals.
