ckOCT Transactions

Chain-key OCT (ckOCT), a multi-chain OCT twin on the Internet Computer, is an ICRC-1-compliant token that is backed 1:1 by OCT such that 1 ckOCT can always be redeemed for 1 OCT and vice versa. The ckETH minter canister is responsible for both minting ckOCT tokens when users transfer OCT to its control and burning ckOCT when handling OCT retrieval requests. ckOCT transactions are facilitated through a ledger canister, which in conjunction with archive canisters, tracks ckOCT account balances and transaction history between accounts. An index canister provides access to ckOCT transactions associated with individual accounts.
